As the school year is in full swing, teachers are starting to notice students who are struggling with attention issues and you, as a parent, may be noticing focus and attention difficulties during homework.

It can be confusing to figure out where to look for attention or ADHD help. Is medication the ideal approach? Should I look for an ADHD coach that can provide coping strategies.

These can be helpful options, but why not look to identify and address the root cause of ADHD and attention difficulties?

Medication can help but it is a Band-Aid strategy. Stategies can help, but that is not getting at why a child struggles with attention in the first place.
