Our Story
Maple Grove is the second LearningRx center opened by Baird Johnson in 2010. Baird opened the very first LearningRx Brain Training Center in Minnesota in 2008 in Chanhassen (now Eden Prairie). Baird and his wife, Terri, brought LearningRx to the Twin Cities originally in part to help their oldest daughter who had been diagnosed with dyslexia in second grade and was having difficulty learning to read. LearningRx brain training was so beneficial to their daughter and they had such demand in Chanhassen, that Baird and Terri decided to open a second location to help families in the northwest metro area.
Our Accolades & Awards
Since opening in 2010, LearningRx – Maple Grove has consistently been one of the top LearningRx locations in the country. This center has won customer service awards and community impact awards from LearningRx almost every year. A Maple Grove employee was named Trainer of the Year by LearningRx in 2012, and Maple Grove magazine named LearningRx as Best Learning Center. We are proud and humbled to have been so warmly embraced by the Maple Grove community.
