Susie McDaniel
Owner & Director
Dr. Susie McDaniel is owner and Executive Director of LearningRx Atlanta & Alpharetta. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2003 and her Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 1993, both from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Susie is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist and a Certified Interactive Metronome provider. Professionally, she held the position of Corresponding Secretary on the Executive Board of the International Dyslexia Association of Georgia for eight years and also served on the Scientific Advisory Board of the LearningRx National Headquarters. She is thrilled to have supervised this facet of cognitive training in Georgia since 2008. As the mother of two boys, Susie was curious about enhancing their learning and performance. When she learned that the brain can be changed and how strengthening skills like processing speed, memory, and attention can increase life opportunities, she was inspired to transition from traditional physical therapy to cognitive skills training. Susie is passionate about the lasting academic and social impact of cognitive skills in a client’s life, particularly in academic achievement and scholastic aptitude.
Susie lives in Sandy Springs with her husband of 25 years and her two boys, Matthew and Thomas. Matthew is a sophomore at KSU majoring in Robotics Engineering and Thomas is a senior at Marist School. Susie enjoys meditation, trying new restaurants and listening to podcasts or audiobooks while she walks. Susie enjoys Saturdays at her LearningRx centers socializing with clients and trainers. Weekends also include quiet time at home with her family and three cats.

Soraya Merriweather
advanced Brain Trainer
Howard University – B.S. is Psychology
I enjoy brain training because it challenges me and my students to push ourselves to show up and be the best versions of ourselves as possible. It is so fun to see and experience the change and growth within my students and praise and encourage them for that.
Being a brain trainer is extremely rewarding and allows me to learn so much about myself and the clients I have the pleasure of interacting with.
For fun, I enjoy reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, cooking, spending time with my family, and relaxing.
Charity Bundy
certified Brain Trainer
GSU Atlanta – Bachelor of Exercise Science
Aspiring to be a physical therapist
I love brain training because it helped me so much in school and my everyday life – after suffering a traumatic brain injury, it was so hard to have human interaction and connection when I didn’t have the capacity to understand or remember conversations and life events. After going through a brain training program myself, I got my personality, my confidence, my happiness, and my life back. Brain training means so much to me. I love being able to share my experience and watch other people grow in the same ways I did and in different ways as well. It’s so cool to me that brain training is like physical therapy for the brain’s processing skills, and I am so excited to share it with everyone!
For fun, I enjoy yoga, hiking, doing anything outdoors, and traveling. I have been to an ice cave in Iceland, scuba diving in the Galapagos Islands, and a yoga retreat in Columbia. I love nature and learning about other cultures and languages!
