Brain Food: Blackberry Sorbet It’s hot, y’all. It’s hot all over the place! So this month, we bring you blackberry sorbet – which will keep you cool AND boost your brain with antioxidant rich blackberries. This delicious fruit is packed with polyphenols, which may help reduce cognitive decline by cleaning up cells that impair brain function.
