LearningRx Personal Brain Training Named a “Best Workplace”

LearningRx, the world’s largest personal brain training company, was recently honored at a dinner where it received a “Best Workplace” award (second place) for midsize companies with 30 to 75 employees.

The award is part of an effort to recognize outstanding workplaces based on independent employee surveys, which ask questions about leadership, engagement and organizational health, among other factors. It’s created through a partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber, the Colorado Springs Economic Development Center and the Colorado Springs Gazette. LearningRx is headquartered in Colorado Springs.

More than 90 percent of the nearly 3,200 employees surveyed said that the most important factors regarding their employer were:

  • strong values and ethics
  • good inter-departmental cooperation
  • socially responsible
  • “headed in the right direction”

“Our franchisee and employee satisfaction is incredibly important to us,” says LearningRx Chief Research Office Tanya Mitchell. “Of all the awards we could win, this honor from our own team members means the most. We strive to keep our students and families 100 percent satisfied too, but that requires that our employees believe in our program, love what they do and see the results of their hard work. Happy employees and franchisees are the foundation for successful clients!”

LearningRx has garnered countless awards and accolades, including ranking on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500, Franchise Business Review’s Franchisee Satisfaction Award, No. 1 Best Education Franchise by Franchise Rankings, Franchise Gator’s Top 10 Fastest Growing Franchises, among many others. In addition, LearningRx’s franchisee satisfaction (NPS) rating is one of the highest among franchise systems. About 80% of its executive team members have Certified Franchise Executive credentials. (The average franchisor has less than 5%!)
