Amber
Brain Trainer
Amber has been training for two years now. She graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Psychology. Her favorite part of training is seeing students come out of their comfort zone and gain confidence through out their training. Outside of work, she loves to go on hikes with her friends and their dogs and read!
Johanna
Brain Trainer
Johanna grew up in North Dakota, and taught preschool in the Minneapolis area before moving to Milwaukee three years ago. She has two younger sisters and a brother-in-law. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports (especially baseball), going to country music concerts, and spending time outside, especially on the boat in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Peter
Brain Trainer
Peter graduated from the University of Dayton in 2019 with a degree in Creative Writing. He enjoys reading, listening to music, and helping students find the joy in learning!
Peter is a great trainer, and works very hard with his students to build attention and study skills.
Michele
Director of Training
Michele became a certified cognitive skills trainer over 8 years ago. She has worked with all kinds of students from kindergartners to adults recovering from a TBI. She loves working with her students, especially those that struggle in reading.
Michele is also responsible for the development and growth of the training staff. She holds a BS in Accounting and has attained Master Trainer certfication with LearningRx.
Kevin and Jill Pasqua

Hello! We are Kevin and Jill Pasqua, the Owners of the LearningRx Milwaukee-Brookfield Brain Training Center located in beautiful Waukesha, Wisconsin. We opened a LearningRx location because of the experience we had with one of our children and how LearningRx helped change their life. They went from a struggling middle school student to now successfully pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
We approach all of our clients with the attitude of, “what would I want if my child were struggling”. While everyone’s situation is different we understand what it is like to have a child that struggles in school and work with you to identify the best solution. We are blessed to work with families from all over South Eastern Wisconsin. We serve the communities of Brookfield, Hartland, Pewaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Milwaukee, Madison, Oconomowoc, Menomonee Falls and have even had clients from Racine and Kenosha.
We are also involved in the Brain Injury Alliance of Wisconsin. We have worked with many families that had a loved one in need of assistance as the result of stroke, TBI, or MCI.
We love what we do, especially the impact it has on our clients.
Grace
Brain Trainer
Grace has been training with LearningRx since May of 2020. When she is not focused on pursuing a career in Environmental Engineering she is skiing, doing volunteer work, or having fun with friends. She loves working with those younger kids and is known for being silly and tough! Parents and students alike love Grace.
Bob
Brain Trainer
For many years I have been a Master Trainer at LearningRx and what I have come to love most about working with my students is the opportunity to help them strengthen their cognitive skills and build confidence in themselves. I also enjoy stretching my own brain with brain teaser puzzles and games of all sorts. I have taught and performed Irish traditional music for much of my life and continue to stay physically active and connected to the outside world and my many friends. I love to read a wide variety of books including those related to neuroscience and human behavior both subjects that help me to continue exploring the art and science of becoming a brain whisperer.
Barbara
Brain Trainer
Barbara has been involved in the music industry for over 20 years. She is a professional singer and voice teacher. She has spent many hours working with students of all ages. Barbara is the founder and lead of the Barbara Steffan band. She also writes music for film and tv. Barbara is a skilled and enthusiastic trainer! She brings the same passion to brain training that she does to music!
